ORDER DEADLINE: Orders must be in by Saturday evening for shipping out the following week. Inter-island orders will receive their shipment Tuesday-Thursday via FedEx. Off-island orders may take an additional 1-2 days for delivery.

Late orders may take an additional 5-7 days to fulfill.

ROAST SCHEDULE: Our coffees are roasted to order Sunday - Tuesday each week and shipped 1-2 days after roasting. You have the option for adding a roast date stamp to your bag.

RUSH ORDERS: Rush orders may be accommodated as permitted by our schedule. Please contact orders@bigislandcoffeeroasters.com to inquire.

ESPRESSO BITES

Because Espresso Bites are made without stabilizers or preservatives, they may bloom or melt when shipping temperatures exceed 80 F. In order to protect your shipment, we ship all Espresso Bites wholesale orders via FedEx and may include ice packs or insulation.

Please inspect your delivery immediately after receiving. If your order is incorrect or damaged in any way, please email us at hello@bigislandcoffeeroasters.com with your order number within 5 days of receiving your order.

MOQ & FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS

For first time wholesale customers of Big Island Coffee Roasters and Espresso Bites, the minimum order value is $150. Payment may be due at the time of order, depending on factors like location and time in business.

PAYMENT TERMS

For first time customers payment may be due at the time of order. After initial orders your terms may adjust from 21-30 days.

SHIPPING

Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Within Hawaii, most overnight shipments will add $5-$10 per box, up to 30lb. To the mainland US, shipping varies from $9-$24 per box up to 15 lb. Most shipments are through FedEx and can be made with your account number

International shipping is available to most locations. Please request a quote for shipping prior to ordering. The receiver will be responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes.

SAMPLES

We will reimburse you for up to $40 in products upon placing your first wholesale order with us.

PRODUCT SELECTION

We reserve the right to choose which products are available for wholesale purchase. Some SKUs available via our website may not be suitable for retail sale due to packaging, quantity available, etc.

ONLINE SALES

Wholesale accounts are available to brick-and-mortar retail shops, subscription boxes, cafes or retailers with both physical and online storefronts. Businesses are forbidden from selling our merchandise on any other online retail outlet. Merchandise may not be sold on Amazon, EBay, through Facebook Buy-In Groups or any other means.

WHOLESALE PRICES

Wholesale prices are listed on the website at the time of order. However, the quoted shipping cost is an estimate. Your final invoice will be emailed to you near the shipment date of the order. Prices are subject to change without notice but confirmed order pricing will be honored, with the exception of shipping costs.

PAYMENTS

EFT, ACH, and direct deposits are strongly preferred. You can sign up for EFT using the PAY NOW link on your invoice.

We accept all credit cards for invoices under $500.

We think paper checks are flimsy and find that many clients mistakenly double pay invoices when paying by check. But if you'd prefer that over EFT, please mail checks to Big Island Coffee Roasters, PO BOX 400, Mountain View, HI 96771.

COUPON CODES

Unless otherwise indicated, Coupon / Discount codes will not be honored for wholesale purchases due to lowered wholesale prices.

DAMAGES & DEFECTS

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact us within 5 business days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be credited or replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
