This rustic and rich aged Sumatra coffee is comprised of several small lots processed in the traditional wet-hulled fashion, lending the distinctive character for which Sumatra coffees have been known and adored. It was thoughtfully homogenized then carefully aged for 48+ months until reaching a deep auburn-brown color and a cup profile reminiscent of brandy.
In the cup, expect prominent flavors of brandy and cedar with rich notes of leather and tobacco in the finish complimented by a full body. This is a perfect coffee for dark lovers -- rich and satisfying.
